One of the biggest “traps” of being an entrepreneur is that there is the lack of self devotion.

We thought it was important to remind you

that you deserve to build something that is

joyful, honest, powerful, creative, full of

wonder and honors who you are.

It’s funny - we go into business because we want to share our gifts with others and so we become devoted to making the business work, but….we forget our devotion to ourselves.  It is of paramount importance to be clear about how you are going to practice self devotion as you go into business.  And, if you are already in business, the next best time is now.

What is it that we really all want in life?

To be loved and accepted for who we are and to walk in our f*cking TRUTH with unabashed joy.

It is possible to own a business without blame, shame, guilt, or regret OR without running yourself into the ground.

That’s not just a mindset issue.

That’s a dissonance in your internal ecosystem.
And if it goes untended, it doesn’t just disappear. It amplifies.

Sound Familiar?
“I started this to help people.”
“I have no idea what I’m doing.”
“I’m exhausted. But I have to keep going.”
“If I just push harder, it’ll work.”
“Why am I doing this again?”
“I feel like I’m failing.”
“This sucks.”
“I feel alone.”
“I should just give up.”
“I’m never going to make enough money.”

You’re not broken.
You’re not crazy.
You’re just carrying more than one nervous system can hold.

This isn’t failure. This is *overgiving*.

It’s what happens when your head runs your calendar but your heart has no seat at the table.

Here’s the Truth
You don’t have to crush it to be worthy.
You don’t have to burn out to prove you care.
You don’t have to do it all alone.

Your business is an extension of you. All of you.

The messy, magnificent, burned-out, brilliant, stubborn, stunning, sensitive *you*.

Your business is a reflection of you. All of it. The good, the bad, the ugly and the f*cking fabulous.

So if you want to change how your business feels?
Start by changing how you treat the person running it.

That’s the real work.
That’s the *heart* of this thing.

Devotion, Not Just Discipline

This isn’t about learning more marketing hacks.
This is about learning how to listen to yourself again.
Not the fear. Not the doubt. Not the shame. Not the sh*uld-storm.

Yourself.

The part of you that knows what it feels like when things are truly in tune.
The part of you that’s still pulsing, even when everything else feels flat.

The heartbeat.
 The rhythm. The field.

That’s your power source.
And it’s been with you all along.

You Don’t Have to Know It All

We wouldn’t expect ourselves to be paramedics just because someone nearby gets hurt.
So why do we expect ourselves to instantly master accounting, leadership, marketing, operations, social media, and legal strategy… just because we had an idea?

**You’re allowed to ask for help.**
You’re allowed to not know.
You’re allowed to still be learning.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to be powerful.
You just need to stay connected to what’s real.

Let’s Keep It Real

Have the hard conversations.
Call the friend who gets it.
Gather with other brilliant, burned-out, 'fellow badass lady bosses' and *say the thing* out loud.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about *finding yourself* again.

Your business deserves your truth.

Your heart deserves a seat at the table.
And you deserve to build something that feels like *you*.
